Annual Retreat

"Journey with Jesus" was the theme for the annual WoH retreat held at Luther Springs in Hawthorne, Florida March 23-25, 2010. The women participated in Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and a campfire sing along. There was time for reflection, games, and recreation. What is on the schedule for 2011? Don't miss out!
Participation
We have no membership lists. Any member or friend of Hope can participate in Women of Hope activities. We care, we contribute, we collect. To keep posted, check the weekly church newsletter , the narthex media boards, and the information hallway for displays about our current projects and activities. Donations for projects can be left in the information hallway.
Information
You are welcome to take one of the folders about Women of Hope that are in the information hallway. The folder lists current officers, contact names for projects, and ongoing activities. Bible Studies are publicized in the newsletter and on the media boards.
Circles
There are four active WELCA Circles at Hope. Ruth, Esther and Naomi meet once a month for the purpose of fellowship, Bible/Book study and prayer. Each group has a membership of about 12 women ... the recommended number. The Deborah Circle was organized in October 2009 and is a smaller circle which meets on the second Monday of each month at 1pm at the church -- contact Marge Hopkins for more information. We hope to organize additional groups as interest dictates.
